As we are just coming off a Spring Break ski trip, I haven’t finished my Easter decorating. The problem is that Easter is in only 2 weeks! Life – and primarily the kids’ school – has really gotten in the way recently, but that’s how it goes. We may be a little light on Easter decorating around here this year. Truth be told, I’ve actually really enjoyed my little bit of Valentine’s decorating that I showed earlier on the blog.
Since I’m not finished with my decorating, I thought I’d share a few photos of Easter decorating from the past.
These photos are from my pre-blogging days. They were featured over on DearLillie.com, when Dear Lillie asked for photos of how readers had used their chalkboard prints.
At the time that the dining room was featured on Dear Lillie.com, I had questions – lots of questions – about the bunnies and where they were from. Truth be told, I ordered them somewhere years ago, and I’ve used them ever since. You can do an internet search of green hydrangea bunnies, and some options still show up.
The dishes I have in greens and browns. I have a bit of a dish problem, in that I’ve rarely met a dish I didn’t like! The bottoms of the plate say “Bunny Toile By J Willfred, a Division of the Charles Sadek Import Company.” Again, if you Google that, they pop up on various sites, but they appear to be pretty pricey.
I’m glad I have these photos – the room color, the chandelier color, and the table itself have all changed from a few years ago when these photos were taken! That’s what happens in my house!!
I hope you enjoy!
